King Dads, as Great Dad, Greater Spouse... Checkmate! Much as you take care of your children, make sure you take of your Queens. I know that both of you work and are attending the children's football and cheerleading games during Fall season. There seems to be no time for quality time with your Baby. Listen...... Make Time!!!
Did you spend the time with your significant other, before the children came into the picture? If the answer is "Yes", then whatever you did before the kids you need to do after. How? Let me give you a few ways:
At least one day a week, or you can choose 2 Days a month, spend quality time with your partner, but be consistent. No excuses! That means you are going to have to tell somebody,"No". That could be Mommy, Daddy, Auntie, coworker, doesn't matter who. Choose a day, and dedicate that to a Date Night . Nobody but you and your significant.. Just you two!
Before the Date night, choose an activity to do on that Date Night. Some examples are bowling, dinner and/or movie.
That Date Night, Court each other Again, and Again, and Again. Like you all did before the children. I heard somebody say, "Whatever it Took to get Her, that means that's what it going to take to Keep Her.
